Meet Fred Sheffield

Founder

Fred Sheffield has a 25-year history of transforming sales and marketing organizations into multimillion-dollar revenue producers, introducing structure, discipline, and process rigor critical in leading teams to win against much larger, well-funded competitors.

As a four-time Chief Revenue Officer and one-time General Manager for health-tech SaaS companies from 5M to 130M in revenue, Fred specializes in building systems that deliver scalable and predictable growth. He is known for overhauling go-to-market strategies, reconfiguring sales and marketing organizations for optimal performance, and introducing formal sales processes, structure, and KPIs where none existed. As a result, companies that work with Fred to lead their go-to-market strategies has consistently seen high double digit annual revenue growth, numerous 5X pipelines, and bookings growth of up to 66% year-over-year.

Over his years of experience, Fred has created a system called the 5 Stones Growth Systems™ focused on helping startups and scaleups compete more effectively by being more predictable internally, less predictable externally, and winning the value-creation game.

Fred lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Victoria and two Maltese Axl and Mazzy. For fun when he’s not with his family attending Carolina Panthers football games in the fall, you will find Fred on the golf course chasing that little white ball.

His expertise lies in helping companies transition from early-stage or fragmented growth to disciplined, scalable revenue performance. He partners with leadership teams to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies, build repeatable sales processes, and tightly align sales and marketing to improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and overall execution.
